Guests were treated to a performance by Australian soprano Eleanor Lyons and enjoyed Vittoria coffee and biscotti from a coffee cart in the sprawling driveway of the Zampatti residence.

The company included Zampatti’s daughter, esteemed designer Bianca Spender, television personalities Georgie Gardner, Natalie Barr, Melissa Doyle and Tanja Gacic, and representatives from Zampatti’s corporate partners including Westpac, Specsavers, David Jones and Sydney Dance Company.

Bondi Sands launches aero tan

On Wednesday, Bondi Beach-inspired fake tan brand Bondi Sands brought its signature cool to Icebergs Dining Room & Bar for an exclusive lunch to launch its latest product. Brand co-founder Blair James travelled from Melbourne with Bondi Sands ambassador Steph Miller (nee Smith) to showcase the new Aero Ultra Dark tan.

Blair together with his Bondi Sands team, influencers and beauty media enjoyed free-flowing Perrier Jouet Grand Brut, a selection of wines matched with pickled Coffin Bay oysters, king prawn risotto and rib-eye. It was all finished off with Icebergs pavlova.

Ain’t no party like a margarita party

To celebrate International Margarita Day tequila brand Patrón hosted a VIP cocktail event at a private house in picturesque Rose Bay on Friday evening. Comedic duo The Inspired Unemployed (Matt Ford and Jack Steele) were special guests to entertain media, influencers and friends of the brand including Nikki Phillips and husband Dane Rumble, model/ DJ Tom Derickx and former high jumper and model Amy Pejkovic.

Mixologist and previous Patrón Perfectionist winner, Kurtis Bosley hosted a margarita demonstration with Matt Ford and Jack Steele. Attendees laughed as they watched the boys shake up their perfect Patrón margarita and encouraged others to get involved. Guests were also invited to visit the shake and garnish station to create their own margaritas. To complement the margaritas, guests enjoyed paella from the live paella station and a set from DJ K-Time.

New ‘Broke & Famous’ campaign

On Thursday night One Teaspoon Founder Jamie Blakey celebrated the launch of her brand’s Broke and Famous campaign. Model Erin Wasson creatively directed and starred in the campaign.

One Teaspoon fans including The Delta Riggs, model Rachel Rutt, Kendall Lee Schuler, Caspar Thomas, Jess Kent, and Jessie Khoo headed to the OTS Bondi Store for a backyard party styled like Californian beach city Encinitas with cacti, rugs and festoon lighting. Guests drank Sesión Tequilas margaritas and Balter beers which paired well with the burgers provided by Bondi Tonys.

DJs Hayley Mary and Danny Clayton kept the dancefloor busy into the wee hours with some major dance floor moves by social media dancing sensation Tommy Franklin.
