Klim kids neighbours to their dad’s ex-girlfriend
Bali is a small town and it recently got even smaller after Michael Klim’s ex-girlfriend Desiree Deravi moved into his neighbourhood. Emerald City understands the SWF (Single White Female) designer is now living in Umalas, which is sandwiched between bustling Seminyak, Petitenget, and Canggu. Both Klim and his ex-wife Lindy Rama-Ellis and their children Stella, Frankie and Rocco live in the small suburb. Now Deravi has moved into a villa across the road from Rama-Ellis and the kids, which is also not too far from her ex.
New neighbours aside, it seems relations beteween Klim and Rama-Ellis are very amicable these days. Last month Rama-Ellis posted on Instagram a photo of her with husband Adam Ellis, and their daughter Goldie, alongside her ex-husband Michael and their three children. “From our family to yours.. Merry Christmas we are missing you @michelleowen” Lindy captioned, tagging Klim’s new partner Michelle. So friendly are the former couple that Klim has been known to babysit Goldie as well as his own three kids when his ex is travelling.
Gordon Ramsay mobbed by fans at Melbourne Bar.
Outspoken chef and TV personality Gordon Ramsay is the latest international celebrity to raise funds for bushfire aid. In Australia to promote his Quick and Delicious cookbook, the Scottish-born celeb took time out to volunteer at Foodbank Victoria, pitching in to help families devastated by the raging bushfires.
While in Melbourne the Kitchen Nightmares star stopped by the city’s favourite floating bar Arbory Afloat, ordering a Stomping Ground Miami Vica extra pale ale (to be precise). However, his visit was cut short after he was mobbed by fans eager to get a photo with the potty-mouthed chef.
Yesterday, former Entourage heartthrob Adrian Grenier was seen on Sydney harbour’s Glass Island celebrating friend Domenico Ruggeri’s birthday celebrations. Grenier is understood to be back in Australia for a new Netflix series, Clickbait. The US actor has been vocal about fundraising efforts for the recent bushfire crisis, encouraging his international fans to donate.
Former Sydney Bumble-bee makes waves on Melbourne’s social scene
After launching dating app Bumble in Australia in 2016 Manly girl Michelle Battersby last year moved to Melbourne to take up a new role at another tech outfit, the Keep It Cleaner fitness app. In November Battersby headed south for the job and to be closer to her partner, Melbourne Rebels rugby player Billy Meakes.
The pair’s good looks and thriving careers have put them at the top of guest lists across Melbourne: after popping up everywhere during the Victorian spring racing carnival last year, they were at the Piper Heidsieck dinner earlier this month and last Sunday appeared at Crown’s IMG Tennis party. It’s understood the couple have taken up residence at Melbourne’s lavish Capitol Grand complex in South Yarra where rent goes for upwards of $850 a week.
