The Tie & Timber Beer Co. is bringing FOAM — the Festival of Art and Music — to Springfield on May 2.

The event will feature live musical performances, headlined by Michael Glabicki of Rusted Root with Dirk Miller, a news release said.

The event introduces Sculpture Walk Springfield’s 5th annual collection, highlighting a new sculpture to be revealed in T&T’s newly constructed beer garden.

“We have integrated music, art, and craft beer in very deliberate ways throughout our festivals since we opened our doors in 2018.” Curt Marshall, co-founder of Tie & Timber Beer Co., said in the release. ” … We are once again partnering with Sculpture Walk Springfield and local artists to cultivate a sense of culture and place within our garden.”

Six hand-crafted beers will be released during the festival including Barrel-Aged “Snooze” French Toast Pastry Beer, “Original Cinn” Cinnamon Chocolate Rye Whiskey Barrel Aged Pastry Stout, and “Midnight Lovemaker” Pina Colada Milkshake IPA.

“Finally, after 18 months of dedicated work, our Barrel-Aging and Blending program has hit its stride producing some of our most prideful complex beers just in time for this celebration,” Marshall said in the release.

FOAM benefits Sculpture Walk Springfield, a non-profit organization that strives to enhance the quality of life through the artistic transformation of Springfield with outdoor sculpture.
